Description
The Client Success Manager serves as the primary liaison between York Realty Inc., its tenants, York Construction Inc., and general contractors, overseeing construction and development projects from initiation through closeout. The role manages project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, change orders, quality standards, tenant relationships, and project reporting, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. It requires 1–2 years of project management experience in construction or real estate, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
