From Day One is hiring a full-time Client Success Manager to manage a growing roster of sponsors and customers, delivering high-touch post-sales service through email, phone, and face-to-face communication. The role supports client onboarding, event logistics, deliverables, feedback, reporting, relationship management, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
