Description
The Client Support Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling phone and email inquiries, researching issues, entering process service requests, providing status updates and rates, and partnering with internal teams to resolve requests. The role requires strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organization, with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of customer service or client solutions experience. It is a remote, Monday-Friday position in Texas with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
