Abramson Labor Group is hiring a fully remote Client Support Associate Attorney for its Workers’ Compensation department. The role is client-facing and focuses on answering and documenting calls, counseling injured workers about benefits, medical treatment, work restrictions, evaluations, hearings, and the settlement process, and escalating urgent matters to attorneys or case managers. It does not involve drafting, filings, court appearances, or case strategy. Candidates need a Juris Doctor, active California State Bar membership, strong communication and listening skills, and familiarity with the California workers’ compensation system; experience in California workers’ compensation, applicant-side work, client-facing legal roles, or high-volume phone environments is preferred. The position offers a salary of $110,000–$130,000 plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.
