Universal Processing is hiring a fully onsite Client Support Specialist in Houston, Texas, to process credit card processing applications, respond to customer inquiries, resolve terminal and funding issues, coordinate with merchants and payment processors, and maintain client records. The role requires Vietnamese reading and writing proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word. It is a non-exempt position with a $3,150 monthly salary during the probationary period and $3,500 after successful completion.
