Description
HSBC is hiring a one-year Trade Apprentice to own and process trade transactions for premium and standard clients, resolve customer queries and complaints, coordinate payments and documentation, monitor exports and dispatches, follow up with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain compliance and operational-risk standards. The role requires a graduate or postgraduate qualification, strong communication and coordination skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
