WXII is hiring an in-person Client Support Specialist to support the Sales team in a fast-paced broadcast and digital advertising environment. The role manages advertising orders, monitors campaign delivery, prepares reports, coordinates with Sales, Traffic, Digital, and other departments, supports client communications and proposals, and uses Microsoft Office, sales systems, and AI-powered productivity tools to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency. The position reports to the Digital Sales Manager and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits.
