IPRoyal is hiring a remote Client Support Specialist as a contractor to provide live chat support to clients, resolve inquiries, follow workflows, collaborate with internal teams, handle high-volume workloads, and meet KPIs and quality standards. The role requires strong written communication, customer support or customer service experience, familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace, reliability, and attention to detail. Compensation is $3 per hour for the initial three-month period, rising to $3.75 per hour after that period.
