Description
The employer is hiring a Client Support Worker for the night shift at a treatment center for young people and young adults with mild intellectual disabilities in Schagen. The role provides calm, structured support, monitors behavior, de-escalates tensions, supports clients who wake or become restless, ensures a safe nighttime environment, responds to emergencies, and records observations for the day team. The position works independently with another support worker, follows a night shift from approximately 10:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., and offers approximately 16–22.5 hours per week. Applicants need a care-related qualification of at least MBO level 3, medication-administration authorization or willingness to obtain it, and an affinity for young people with LVB and complex behavioral issues. The role offers a permanent contract, salary up to €3,902, night-shift premiums, holiday pay, a year-end bonus, pension, group insurance, and development opportunities.
