ECI is hiring a Client Technology Manager to lead technology services for a portfolio of financial-services clients, manage client relationships and expectations, advise on infrastructure modernization, and coordinate migrations, upgrades, security, compliance, and cloud initiatives. The role also manages Field Service Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers, handles technical escalations, and supports budget forecasting and vendor due diligence. Candidates need advanced Microsoft and cloud administration experience, infrastructure and security expertise, and project-management experience; the position is hybrid and suitable for candidates within commuting distance of ECI's Singapore office.
