ECI is hiring a Client Technology Manager to lead technology services for a portfolio of financial-services clients, manage client relationships and expectations, advise on infrastructure and security, support migrations and upgrades, and oversee Field Service Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers. The role requires advanced Microsoft and cloud administration, technical project management, email and security platform experience, and hands-on network and infrastructure support. It is a hybrid position for candidates within commuting distance of ECI’s London office.
