The role builds trusted relationships with clients, provides strategic technology and digital transformation guidance, conducts technical business reviews, performs trend and opportunity analysis, supports budget forecasting and risk mitigation, and maintains customer satisfaction and renewal rates. Candidates need at least five years of experience in customer service, technical advisory, or IT director/manager work, along with knowledge of cloud and enterprise network infrastructure, business strategy, presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
