SpotOn is hiring a Training Specialist to develop and deliver remote and in-person training for restaurant operators on POS functionality, configurations, reporting, and the company software suite. The role includes creating training materials, conducting Zoom sessions, facilitating Q&A and interactive learning activities, documenting sessions, and continuously improving resources. Candidates need strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and note-taking skills, along with at least two years of restaurant operations or hospitality experience, one year of SpotOn POS implementation or support experience, and one year of training delivery experience. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred, while a high school diploma or equivalent is required. The role pays $23.00–$31.00 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits.
