Kraken is hiring a North American Utility Transformation Implementation Leader to lead a major utility client transformation using its Build-Operate-Transfer methodology. The role owns implementation execution, client C-suite relationships, delivery leadership, prioritization, governance, stakeholder communication, and business-value demonstration across technology, operations, and culture. Candidates should have extensive regulated-utility experience, enterprise technology implementation leadership, C-suite client experience, and global implementation-team leadership. The role requires frequent travel and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, flexible working, and a salary range of $220,000-$300,000; visa sponsorship is not offered.
