Kraken is hiring a North American Utility Transformation Implementation Leader to lead a major utility client transformation using its Build-Operate-Transfer methodology. The role owns technology, business operations, and culture transformation; leads Client Delivery Leads and Client Engineers; develops C-suite relationships; prioritizes outcomes; removes blockers; and establishes governance for lasting client value. The position requires extensive regulated-utility and enterprise technology implementation experience, C-suite client leadership, global implementation-team leadership, and frequent travel. It is based in New York City with a stated average salary range of $220,000-$300,000 and does not offer visa sponsorship.
