Kraken is hiring a North American Utility Transformation Implementation Leader to lead a major utility client transformation using its Build-Operate-Transfer methodology. The role owns technology, business operations, and culture transformation; leads Client Delivery Leads and Client Engineers; develops C-suite relationships; sets implementation direction; removes blockers; and establishes governance. Candidates need extensive regulated-utility experience, enterprise technology implementation leadership, C-suite client experience, and global implementation-team leadership.
