David Yurman is hiring a Manager, Virtual Sales Clienteling & Operations to run the day-to-day operations, systems, performance management, and enablement of its virtual sales and clienteling team. The role manages workflows, Salesforce and OMS data, order and gifting processes, reporting, forecasting, training, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Creative, Technology, Logistics, Finance, and E-commerce teams. It is based in New York City’s TriBeca area on a hybrid Monday–Friday schedule, with no travel required and an estimated base salary of $115,000–$125,000.
