GHD is hiring a Clients and Markets Lead – Canada Central to drive the strategy, growth, market development, client relationships, and performance of its business across Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. The role leads business development and proposal efforts, manages key client accounts, supports multidisciplinary project delivery, develops market and talent strategy, and represents GHD at industry events. It requires at least 15 years of experience leading large projects and teams, broad engineering or related-field experience, strong commercial and leadership skills, and industry connections across Central Canada. The position is based from one of GHD’s Ontario offices and follows a hybrid model requiring three days in the office.
