Description
The Climate Adaptation Policy Officer will develop and implement climate adaptation policy focused on heat and drought in the built environment, translating knowledge, data, and policy into practical initiatives. The role coordinates with residents, housing associations, social organizations, the regional water authority, and external partners; facilitates risk dialogues; delivers pilot projects; updates the Heat Action Plan; develops climate education for schoolchildren; and contributes to the Climate Atlas. The position is based in Rijswijk, offers 32–36 hours per week, and provides a gross monthly salary of up to €5,624 based on a 36-hour week.
