Description
The Climbing Instructor provides climbing instruction and guidance in a safety-focused environment, teaches proper climbing equipment and facility usage, monitors the climbing area, assists with climbing classes and events, maintains area cleanliness, and manages member files and waiver forms. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, physical ability to climb and lift over 20 pounds, First Aid and CPR/AED certification within 60 days, and completion of Life Time training before starting. Climbing experience and belay certification are preferred. It is an hourly role paying $15.00 to $18.00 based on experience and qualifications.
