Description
Colorado Mountain College is hiring a part-time Climbing Wall Coordinator to manage daily climbing wall operations, enforce safety and Field House policies, check in and assist climbers, teach belay classes, monitor climbing activities, maintain climbing equipment and facilities, support customer registrations and inquiries, respond to incidents, and assist with challenge courses and special events. The role requires climbing gear and belay knowledge, customer service and office skills, CPR and First Aid certification within three months, and availability for evenings, weekends, events, and college breaks. The hiring rate is $22.09 per hour, and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
