Behavioral Framework is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its new clinic in Richmond, Virginia. The role provides ABA therapy in a clinic setting, implements individualized behavior intervention plans, collects data, completes progress notes, collaborates with a BCBA supervisor, and supports children in developing life and social skills. The position requires 20–30 hours per week of physical presence, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and experience working with children with special needs.
