Description
The Clinic BCBA will maintain an active caseload and meet 120 billable utilization hours per month, including supervision, treatment planning, behavior assessment, data collection, family training, and crisis intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder. The role requires active BACB certification, a master’s degree, an eight-hour supervision certificate, and experience with behavior support plans, skills assessments, treatment plans, and family training. The position is based at 910 N Hairston Rd, Stone Mountain, Georgia, with Monday through Friday hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
