Description
The Clinic BCBA will maintain an active caseload and meet 120 billable utilization hours per month, including supervision, treatment planning, behavior assessment, data collection, family training, and coordination of care for children with autism spectrum disorder. The role also provides evidence-based supervision to ABA therapists, BTs, and RBTs, supports individualized programming, and may travel to an office location in person. Required qualifications include active BACB certification, a master’s degree, an 8-hour supervision certificate, and experience with behavior support plans, assessments, treatment plans, family training, and clinical supervision.
