Clinic Family Practice Physician with Obstetrics at Grant Regional Health Center

The Clinic Family Practice Physician with OB is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment and/or referral of patients in accordance with appropriate Wisconsin statutes and federal regulations. The physician will provide care for expecting mothers through delivery and post-partum, assess and manage problems for patients of all ages, administer medications, perform diagnostic studies, promote positive health behaviors, provide health maintenance care, and assist in the delivery of services to patients. They will also perform evaluation and treatment procedures for emergency situations, facilitate referrals, write prescriptions, participate in continuing education, and conform to infection control policies. Responsible for documenting patient info in electronic medical record (EPIC).
