Description
The Clinic Manager will oversee all operations of Impressions Face and Body, a medical aesthetics practice, including clinical and administrative teams, patient experience, compliance, P&L ownership, revenue growth, profitability, staffing, performance management, inventory, and strategic planning. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of progressive leadership experience in a medical aesthetics practice, and strong knowledge of practice management systems, scheduling, budgets, and operational metrics. It is a full-time, permanent, in-person position with a stated annual salary of $95,000 to $105,000 and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
