Description
The Clinic Manager oversees day-to-day administrative and operational management of Johns Hopkins’ White Marsh Gyn/Ob practice. The role manages administrative staffing and training, scheduling, registration, insurance verification and authorizations, billing concerns, patient satisfaction, quality and regulatory compliance, operational metrics, payroll, equipment and supplies, and process improvement. The manager also serves as an Epic EMR super-user, supports staff during reduced staffing, coordinates with clinical and administrative leadership, and ensures compliance with Johns Hopkins, Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, and other applicable standards.
