Description
Manages fiscal, human resources, staffing, workflow, patient relations, and practice management operations for the Department of General Internal Medicine clinics at UCSF's Mount Zion campus. The role oversees clinic standards and training, hiring and staff development, provider and staff scheduling, patient complaint resolution, performance and engagement metrics, FTE and RVU tracking, and continuous operational improvement across four DGIM practices serving approximately 26,000 patients.
