Clinic Operations Manager at Tia

Tia is hiring a Clinic Operations Manager to lead one of its women’s healthcare care delivery sites in Culver City or Silver Lake. The role owns clinic operations, staffing and scheduling, workflow and performance metrics, compliance, safety, clinic readiness, and the patient and provider experience, while also developing leadership and support teams. The position requires at least four years of healthcare operations experience, prior Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical support experience, and three to five years of direct people management experience. Compensation is $95,000 to $105,000, with medical, dental, vision, performance-based bonus, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays.
