Tia is hiring a Clinic Operations Manager to lead one of its care delivery sites in Scottsdale. The role owns end-to-end clinic operations, team performance, compliance, patient and provider experience, workflow efficiency, staffing coverage, and operational metrics. It requires at least four years of healthcare operations experience, prior Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical support experience, and three to five years of direct people management experience. The position is in-clinic, may require non-traditional hours, and offers $90,000–$100,000 in expected compensation plus medical, dental, vision, bonus, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays.
