Description
The Clinic Patient Registration Specialist provides initial access for clinic and Orthopedic Urgent Care patients, including greeting, registration, medical and demographic verification, scheduling follow-up appointments, insurance and payment reconciliation, patient chart preparation, courier and fax distribution, patient pickup coordination, rescheduling, and lobby support. The role is full-time, based at the Vadnais Heights campus, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility to float to other Summit locations as needed. The hiring range is $18.76 to $23.45 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
