Description
The Supervisor, Clinics oversees daily operations for a clinic or group of clinics, including supervising and training staff, scheduling employees, managing patient flow and administrative functions such as appointments, registration, check-in/check-out, collections, and referrals. The role supports clinic leadership, resolves operational issues, maintains accurate patient information, contributes to budgeting and process improvements, and ensures quality, regulatory compliance, and effective healthcare service delivery. The position offers no weekends, holidays, or call, and requires U.S. work authorization without immigration sponsorship.
