Southeast Orthopedic Specialists is hiring a full-time Clinic Supervisor for its Riverside location in Jacksonville, Florida. The role leads and coaches clinic staff, manages patient flow, monitors performance metrics and patient satisfaction, supports front- and back-office operations, and assists with check-in, check-out, rooming, and EMR entry as needed. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience in a medical practice or clinic, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and preferably prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
