Project Recovery is hiring a full-time Clinic Support Specialist in Rapid City, South Dakota, at $19–$22 per hour. The role supports clinic operations by helping patients navigate care, troubleshooting telemedicine, coordinating referrals and provider follow-up, managing EMR and communication tasks, completing prior authorizations, assisting with eligibility and pharmacy documentation, performing CLIA-waived testing, and preparing patient education materials. The position also includes front-desk duties such as greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and collecting forms. Experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred but not required, and applicants must pass a background check and participate in a scheduled on-call rotation.
