Rep-Lite is hiring a Clinical Account Manager to support the adoption and utilization of a robotic surgical platform across hospitals in the Florida Panhandle territory. The role combines hands-on operating room support, clinical education, surgeon and OR staff training, account management, and strategic growth activities. Candidates need at least three years of experience in medical device sales, clinical specialist or clinical support roles, surgical robotics or advanced surgical technology support, and hospital operating room experience, along with strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and travel skills.
