Description
The RFA Clinical Adoption Manager will accelerate physician adoption and procedural utilization of Hologic’s Radiofrequency Ablation portfolio, including Sonata and Acessa, by partnering with Account Executives and serving as a clinical and commercial resource to physicians, office staff, and health system stakeholders. The role focuses on patient identification, referral development, physician confidence, training, account growth, market intelligence, and sustainable fibroid treatment programs, with success measured by procedural volume, physician engagement, referral networks, and revenue growth. The position requires at least three years of relevant medical device, clinical support, healthcare consulting, ultrasound, women’s health, or related experience, offers a total compensation range of $120,000–$150,000, and is commission and bonus eligible.
