Description
The RFA Clinical Adoption Manager will accelerate physician adoption and procedural utilization of Hologic’s Radiofrequency Ablation portfolio, including Sonata and Acessa, by partnering with Account Executives and serving as a clinical and commercial resource to physicians, office staff, and health system stakeholders. The role focuses on patient identification, referral development, physician confidence, training, utilization growth, account strategy, market intelligence, and sustainable fibroid treatment programs. It requires at least three years of relevant medical device, clinical support, healthcare consulting, ultrasound, women’s health, or related experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and offers a total compensation range of $120,000 to $160,000 with commission and bonus eligibility.
