Description
The Clinical Affairs Analyst supports organizational quality, performance improvement, and Clinical Affairs initiatives through data analysis, program management, and performance monitoring. The role collects, analyzes, and interprets clinical, operational, and population health data; manages assigned programs and projects; develops recommendations; facilitates improvement initiatives; and evaluates outcomes. The position requires a bachelor’s, associate’s, or high school diploma/GED with the corresponding years of experience, project and group-facilitation experience, training experience, spreadsheet and database proficiency, and familiarity with healthcare reporting standards.
