Vital Biosciences Inc. is seeking a Clinical and Analytical Development Associate to develop and verify cell-based assays for a new clinical diagnostic analyzer, including a complete blood count panel. The role involves troubleshooting reagents, consumables, and complex instrumentation; documenting experimental work to FDA and CLIA standards; collaborating with scientists, engineers, and software teams; maintaining quality control; and improving assay performance and integration. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant life science or engineering field, proficiency in molecular biology techniques, laboratory instrumentation, data analysis, and scripting, with biotech or diagnostic industry experience preferred.
