The Athena EMR Analyst provides technical support and systems analysis for the Athena AMB electronic medical record system and related applications at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. The role troubleshoots service interruptions, supports secure access and workflow optimization, protects patient information, and serves as a subject matter expert for clinical and operational departments. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related health information field, Athena and EMR Super User certifications, and extensive ambulatory healthcare, EMR support, staff development, and system implementation experience.
