Description
Centria is hiring a full-time, paid BCBA practicum Clinical Apprentice to work as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician in a collaborative in-center ABA environment. The role provides supervised 1:1 and small-group therapy, participation in six core clinical domains, mentorship, and progression through an Emerge, Empower, and Ascend pathway. Candidates must be actively enrolled in or have completed a master’s-level ABA program or a completed master’s degree with enrollment in an ABA course sequence, and must be available for afternoon and early evening hours. Compensation is $18–$23 base pay with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.
