Description
Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid BCBA fieldwork practicum for candidates enrolled in or recently completing a master’s-level ABA program or ABA course sequence. The Clinical Apprentice works as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician, provides 1:1 assent-based ABA therapy to children and families in collaborative in-center settings and potentially home or school settings, receives supervision and mentorship from BCBAs, develops skills in assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics, and progresses through structured stages toward a BCBA role.
