Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing, improving, and expanding the Transplant Surgery Program.
Ability to provide call coverage for approximately seven days a month, including weekends.
Comprehensive onsite surgical attending care for transplant surgeries, inpatients, and outpatients, involving multidisciplinary rounds, physician communication, and leadership in surgery meetings and clinics.
Experience establishing and promoting structures and processes to improve patient care.
Supportive involvement in outreach strategies and multidisciplinary team-building initiatives.
Contribution to the development of quality standards and assessment of procedural outcomes.
