Description
The Clinical Assistant Program Director will collaborate with the Clinical Program Director to manage and develop the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Team (FACT) program, focusing on high-quality service delivery and adherence to established policies. This role involves extensive involvement as a clinical staff member, offering a diverse array of culturally sensitive and recovery-oriented services tailored for adults diagnosed with mental illness who are justice-involved. The director will conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise team members, and provide critical support during crises.
