Good Business Lab is hiring a Clinical Associate to support a two-month, 50% time consultant engagement testing a lay-counsellor-delivered psychological intervention for harmful alcohol use in factory settings. The role involves studying the intervention manual, providing clinical supervision to trained lay counsellors, conducting individual and group supervision sessions, sharing implementation observations, coordinating additional support and training, and travelling to intervention sites one to two days per week from Bangalore. The position pays INR 30,000 per month and requires a master's degree in a relevant clinical field, at least one year of clinical experience, risk-assessment and safety-planning experience, and English, Hindi, and Kannada communication skills.
