Description
The Clinical Bioinformatics Scientist will develop, validate, and maintain cfDNA/NIPT algorithms for fetal aneuploidy, sex-chromosome abnormalities, sub-chromosomal CNVs, microdeletions, and fetal fraction estimation, while supporting clinical WGS workflows. The role covers normalization, calibration, QC metrics, root-cause analysis, reproducible and traceable analyses, analytical validation documentation, and transfer of methods into production environments. It requires an MSc or PhD in a relevant field, quantitative genomic pipeline experience, strong applied statistics and Python skills, NGS data expertise, and experience with reproducible Linux workflows.
