Description
UC Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Call Representative to handle incoming clinical calls from patients, caregivers, medical practices, pharmacies, supply companies, home health agencies, and insurance companies. The role resolves caller concerns, gathers pertinent information, documents patient interactions, maintains confidentiality, follows clinical and compliance protocols, and supports the ambulatory care team. A high school diploma or GED is required, an associate degree is preferred, and 1–2 years of equivalent experience is required while 3–5 years is preferred.
