Description
The Clinical Care Coordinator will provide fully remote, independent-contractor support to a U.S.-based healthcare practice during U.S. business hours. The role coordinates patient care across providers, specialists, facilities, pharmacies, and other care teams; manages appointments, referrals, follow-ups, intake, EHR documentation, insurance verification, prior authorizations, medical records, and care-management calls; and supports prescription and clinical administrative workflows. Candidates need a clinical background, familiarity with medical terminology and EHR/EMR systems, strong communication and documentation skills, and knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
