UC Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator in Primary Care in West Chester to support clinical and non-clinical departmental needs. The role assists with patient care, clinic flow, registration, scheduling, medical records, referrals, training, departmental audits, policy updates, supply ordering, and administrative coordination. A high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of equivalent experience are required; a bachelor's degree, 6–10 years of experience, and MA/CMA, LPN license, or clinical experience are preferred.
