Description
Spring Health is hiring an independently licensed mental health professional for its Care Navigation team. The role provides outbound clinical support, psychoeducation, risk assessment, crisis support, safety planning, referrals, care coordination, documentation, and collaboration with care providers and internal teams. It requires an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist, at least two years of direct clinical care experience, crisis assessment and safety-planning expertise, and availability for the Saturday-Wednesday 7 a.m.–3 p.m. ET shift plus occasional adjustments and at least three holidays. The target base hourly range is $33.85–$38.93, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
